I sold my home For Sale By Owner and Mark was the Realtor representing the prospective buyer that ended up "winning" our house. Mark's client got the house because of Mark's professionalism throughout the process - even though his client didn't place the highest bid. As a For Sale By Owner seller I am not a Realtor. Some other Realtors, knowing this, made false or misleading statements or sent contracts that didn't match our oral discussions. Mark is an honest man - he advocated for his client, but did so without attempting to mislead or lie to the seller (me). This won his client the house, which had multiple offers at/above asking price within the first weekend.
Acting on Mark's advice, Mark's client placed an offer that was in the ballpark of competitive offers. He didn't waste his client's money - he relied on skill rather than an excessive offer. Even as the seller, I appreciate a Realtor that doesn't waste their client's money. Mark has been doing this for 30 years and that experience shows/produces results.
Additional details: Mark was an excellent communicator; he expertly walked the fine line between keeping myself and his client updated without inundating us with messages. Once his client's offer was accepted, Mark was quick to get paperwork rolling and inspections/appraisals completed so the contract could close quickly (this was desired by the buyer and seller). Mark made the process not just easier, but his congenial nature made it enjoyable.

I worked with Chris Hickox, and he was awesome! If he thought I would like any properties he would call or email me to be sure I saw them. He was very accommodating and had great communication skills. He was also very knowledgeable, and sat down with me to go over all the processes of home buying and made sure I was comfortable and ready to go. He would make sure to thoroughly walk through the homes, and point out anything that may be in need of special attention. Overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend.
