Tammy Broxson is the Broker Owner of Broxson Real Estate Group, a boutique real estate brokerage in Florida. Tammy is also a State of Florida Real Estate Instructor and a mentor to other real estate professionals. She teaches Course I (Sales Associate pre-licensing), Sales Associate post licensing, Course II (Broker pre-licensing), and Broker post licensing.

Tammy has a proven track record for selling homes that previously failed to sell with other agents. She started her real estate career in 2009, immediately after the market crash of 2008. While others were leaving the industry, Tammy achieved the Rookie of the Year award by providing solutions to help sellers get their properties sold in one of the most challenging of market downturns. She has earned special designations including; GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and Short Sale/Foreclosure Specialist. Tammy went on to consistently be a top producer at the largest independent brokerage in Gainesville Florida, before taking the next step to starting her own brokerage.
Tammy’s life and work philosophy is centered around education and expertise, which she uses to help her clients achieve their desired results. That means doing extensive research of the market and property and being upfront about any potential issues or roadblocks to a sale from the beginning so that she can direct her clients in the most effective way possible to deter any potential deal breakers. Although giving frank advice isn’t always the easiest path, Tammy stands by her approach, knowing her clients benefit and always thank her in the long run when she delivers their desired outcome.

When she’s not working with customers, Tammy and her husband, Chris, dedicate their time to serving the local community. They also enjoy working on rehabbing their investment properties, playing with their fur babies (two Shih Tzus: Loki and Thor, and a black cat name Coal), spending time with their children and doing anything on the water (preferably kayaking and fishing).
